Privacy policy
Last updated: [DATE]
Skillora Campus (“we”) is operated by [COMPANY]. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and sign-in provider (email link or Google).
- Learning data: your answers, scores, flashcard ratings and review schedule.
- Interview data: mock-interview transcripts and the feedback generated for them.
- Resume data: resume PDFs you upload, the text we extract from them, job descriptions you paste, and the tailored results.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
- Usage analytics: pages viewed and feature usage via PostHog, to improve the product.
How we use AI providers
To grade answers, run interviews and tailor resumes, we send the relevant content to Anthropic's API. It's processed to return results to you. We don't use your resume, answers or transcripts to train AI models, and our API provider doesn't train on API data by default.
Your resume
Resume PDFs are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket that only your account can read. You can delete any resume from the Apply page at any time, which removes both the file and the extracted data.
Deleting your data
You can delete resumes and interviews in the app. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email [EMAIL] and we'll do it within 30 days.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app (Supabase for hosting data, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI processing, PostHog for analytics), or when legally required.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted with row-level security so users can only access their own data. Secrets stay on our servers.
